Groundwell Lawn & Landscape
GROUNDWELL BY IOWA WORM FARM
A better lawn starts with the soil.
Living Rain applications for lawns and landscapes in and around North Liberty, Iowa. We handle the mixing, equipment, and application. You get a practical way to put the work of the worm farm to use at home.
What is Living Rain?
Living Rain is our liquid biological amendment: worm-casting extract combined with microbial inputs, minerals, nutrients, and ingredients selected to support soil biology and plant growth. Groundwell is the service program through which we apply it.
Our goals are fuller turf, stronger roots, better water absorption, and more efficient nutrient use. The approach adapts to the season, available soil information, weather, and what we learn. Building healthier soil takes time; outcomes depend on the property and its ongoing care.
Local service. Personal attention.
We’re accepting requests for fall 2026 applications and the 2027 Groundwell program. Our initial service area is approximately 15 miles from North Liberty (52317). Farther away? You’re welcome to inquire; availability depends on our routes.
Each visit includes preparation and application of Living Rain to the agreed treatment area. Tell us about landscape beds or other specific needs so we can confirm the scope with you.
Estimate your application
$15 per 1,000 square feet, per application. Use the lawn area you want treated—not the total lot size. Exclude your house, driveway, patios, and other untreated areas.
