Processing and shipping

We ship orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping options and costs

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. They depend on the products in your order and the delivery destination. Elmer’s Gold, S Brand Sprout Mix, and BioBoost use calculated USPS shipping rates. Other products may use different rates.

Free shipping is not offered across the entire store. Any eligible free-shipping option will appear at checkout for your order.

Delivery times

Delivery time is separate from order processing time and depends on the shipping service and destination. Refer to the estimated delivery information shown at checkout and your carrier’s tracking updates. Carrier delays can affect arrival dates.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please email info@iowawormfarm.com with your order number so we can help. If an order is lost in transit, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost or a full refund, including shipping.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us with your order number if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. A photo of the item and packaging is helpful if available. We’ll make it right with a replacement at no cost or a full refund, including shipping.
