At Iowa Worm Farm, we work hard to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship using USPS and UPS to offer reliable and affordable delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates based on your location and selected shipping method.

Available shipping options include:

✅ USPS Priority Mail
✅ USPS Priority Mail Express (Not Available)
✅ UPS Standard Ground
✅ UPS Expedited Options (Based on Carrier Availability)

Delivery Times

  • Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, please check your tracking number or contact us.

Shipping Area

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us at info@iowawormfarm.com.
  • We will issue a refund for lost packages after 10 business days, provided the tracking information does not show it as delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right by either:

  • Sending you a replacement product at no extra cost, or
  • Providing a full refund to your original payment method.

To report a damaged or defective item, email us at info@iowawormfarm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging (if possible)

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • However, we want you to be 100% satisfied! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
