Shipping & Returns
1. How long does shipping take?

2. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@iowawormfarm.com with your order number. A photo is helpful if available. For damaged or incorrect orders, or orders lost in transit, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost or a full refund, including shipping.
3. What if I’m unhappy with my product?
We’ll refund the product price—no return required and no deadline for reaching out. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable for product dissatisfaction. See our Refund Policy for details.
