Refund Policy

At Iowa Worm Farm, we stand by the quality of our worm castings and soil health products. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Refund Eligibility

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Due to the living nature of our products, we ask that you inspect and use your order upon arrival to ensure freshness and effectiveness.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If preferred, we can offer store credit instead.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please email info@iowawormfarm.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We do not require returns, as our products are perishable and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days.
  • We will replace the damaged/incorrect item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not preferred, we will issue a full refund.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not accept returns, as worm castings and soil amendments are perishable.
  • We do not offer refunds beyond 14 days from the delivery date.
  • International orders are not accepted at this time—our policy applies to U.S. customers only.
