We stand behind what we sell.

Free returns within 30 days

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging, including when you change your mind. Contact info@iowawormfarm.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Returns are by mail within the United States. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions at no cost to you. Please contact us before sending anything back. There is no restocking fee. We may waive the need to send the product back and approve a refund instead.

Our satisfaction promise

If you are unhappy with your product, including an opened product, contact us with your order number. We will refund the product price with no return required. There is no deadline for reaching out under this satisfaction promise.

Refunds and timing

For a mailed return, we review the product when it arrives and issue the refund within 2 business days of approval. If we waive the return, we issue the refund within 2 business days of approval. Refunds go to your original payment method; please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the funds to reach your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change of mind or product dissatisfaction. Return shipping is free.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will make it right with a replacement at no cost or a full refund, including original shipping. Contact us with your order number; a photo is helpful for damaged or incorrect items if available.
